Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center in Hyderabad, Telangana, within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES Because perfumes contain alcohol, they are legally classified as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) by Indian courier regulations. Therefore, all fragrances must be shipped via surface transport.

• Standard Surface Shipping (Metro Cities): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Standard Surface Shipping (Rest of India): 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• Note: Expedited air shipping is strictly prohibited by law for alcohol-based fragrances.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are 100% accurate at checkout.

• If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, a reshipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount] will apply before the order is dispatched again.

• If you choose to cancel the order after an RTO, a deduction of ₹[Insert Amount] (covering forward and return shipping costs) will be made from your final refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is handed over to our courier partners and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
