7-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We want you to be completely happy with your Mood Parfum purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. To start a return, WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
Unopened products can be exchanged for a different fragrance within 7 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please send us a photo of the issue via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-returnable items
Opened products. Products returned after 7 days. Products without original packaging.
