Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Orders to metro cities (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru) are typically faster — 2–4 business days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Orders above ₹999 ship free. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee which is shown at checkout before you pay.
Q: Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
A: Yes, COD is available across India. A small handling fee may apply for COD orders — this will be shown clearly at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can check your order status anytime.
Q: I made a mistake in my order — can I change it?
A: If you catch it quickly, yes. WhatsApp us immediately after placing the order and we will do our best to make changes before it ships. Once it is dispatched, changes are not possible.

Q: Are your fragrances genuine?
A: Every fragrance we sell is exactly what it says it is. Our Recreation Range is inspired by iconic luxury fragrances — we do not claim to be the original brands, but we use quality ingredients to match the character and longevity of those scents. Our Signature Range is entirely original.
Q: What is the difference between the Recreation Range and the Signature Range?
A: The Recreation Range contains fragrances inspired by globally iconic perfumes — the same DNA, the same feel, honest pricing. The Signature Range is our own — original compositions named for moods and personalities, not inspired by any other brand.
Q: How long do the fragrances last?
A: Longevity depends on the fragrance, your skin type, and where you apply it. As a general guide, our 50ml and 100ml bottles offer 6–8 hours of longevity on most skin types. Pulse points (wrists, neck, inner elbow) help the scent last longer.
Q: What are top, heart, and base notes?
A: A fragrance unfolds in three stages. Top notes are what you smell immediately — fresh and light, lasting about 15 minutes. Heart notes emerge next and define the fragrance's personality. Base notes are the deep, lasting foundation that stays on your skin for hours. Every Mood Parfum product page shows the notes breakdown for each scent.
Q: Can I get a sample before buying a full bottle?
A: We do not currently offer samples as standalone purchases. However, we do include a complimentary sample with orders above ₹1,500 — so you can discover something new with every purchase.
